All we need is our rolling condo, the pup, wine, and a destination…

Welcome to our Travel Blog
As many of you know, we travel quite a bit in our motor home. In the summer months we typically spend time along the California, Oregon, and Washington coastlines when the weather in Jackson, California is hot (90 degrees plus) and the air is often thick with smoke from nearby wildfires. On the west coast, the air is fresh and temperatures average in the 60s and 70s. In the winter and early spring months, we often travel to the desert and around the southwest to escape the rain and cold temperatures.
In the summer of 2023, we decided to do something a bit different for kicks and grins...we began workamping. In our case, workamping means we volunteer to do a specific job for a few hours each week at state or county parks in trade for a full hook up (FHU) RV site. It's a great way to experience new destinations inexpensively and keep busy while still being able to explore the surrounding area in our leisure time.
At the request of friends and family, we created this website so they can follow along on our adventures. To read our blog posts, click on the BLOG link at the top of this page.
